ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,277,655, issued on April 15, was assigned to Periannan Senapathy (Madison, Wis.).

"Traveling in time and space continuum" was invented by Periannan Senapathy (Madison, Wis.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Generally described, one or more aspects of the present application relate to capturing and generating viewpoints of any given space. Pixel averaging and camera configurations, including microlens cameras, may be implemented to generate and capture viewpoints of any given space."

The patent was filed on March 31, 2023, under Application No. 18/129,786.
