ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,433,762, issued on Oct. 7, was assigned to Percheron Spine LLC (Miromar Lakes, Fla.).

"Spinal implant and delivery system" was invented by Scott A. Koss (Delafield, Wis.) and Bob Gessert (Miromar Lake, Fla.).
