ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 4 -- United States Patent no. 12,318,303, issued on June 3, was assigned to Percheron Spine LLC (Miromar Lakes, Fla.).

"Spinal disc implant and device and method for percutaneous delivery of the spinal disc implant" was invented by Scott Koss (Delafield, Wis.) and Bob Gessert (Miromar Lakes, Fla.).
