ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,358,777, issued on July 15, was assigned to Pentair Flow Technologies LLC (Delavan, Wis.).
"Coupler for use in a closed transfer system" was invented by Roger James (Willingham, Great Britain), Ben Freeston (Littleport, Great Britain), Claire Potter (Kidlington, Great Britain), Richard Garnett (Fawley, Great Britain) and Sam Pullen (Fawley, Great Britain).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A probe for a closed transfer system, the probe including a probe body and a probe tip. The probe body defines an inlet, an outlet, and a plurality of channels. The outlet is in fluid communication with the inlet via at least one of the plurality of channel...
