ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 13 -- United States Patent no. 12,522,647, issued on Jan. 13, was assigned to Paul Scherrer Institut (Villigen PSI, Switzerland) and INTERAX BIOTECH AG (Villigen, Switzerland).
