ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,366,703, issued on July 22, was assigned to Panduit Corp. (Tinley Park, Ill.).

"Multimode fiber having improved index profile" was invented by Richard J. Pimpinella (Frankfort, Ill.) and Gaston E. Tudury (Mission Viejo, Calif.).
