"Encoder that switches whether or not to store a first parameter into a buffering period supplemental enhancement information message according to a flag" was invented by Virginie Drugeon (Darmstadt, Germany), Tadamasa Toma (Osaka, Japan), Takahiro Nishi (Nara, Japan), Kiyofumi Abe (Osaka, Japan) and Yusuke Kato (Osaka, Japan).
