ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,356,424, issued on July 8, was assigned to Panasonic Intellectual Property Corporation of America (Torrance, Calif.).

"Terminal and communication method" was invented by Tomoya Nunome (Ishikawa, Japan), Tetsuya Yamamoto (Kanagawa, Japan), Hidetoshi Suzuki (Kanagawa, Japan), Quan Kuang (Langen, Germany), Ayako Horiuchi (Kanagawa, Japan) and Yoshihiko Ogawa (Kanagawa, Japan).
