US Patent Issued to Panasonic Intellectual Property Corporation of America on Feb. 4 for "Encoder, decoder, encoding method, and decoding method" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,219,169, issued on Feb. 4, was assigned to Panasonic Intellectual Property Corporation of America (Torrance, Calif.).

"Encoder, decoder, encoding method, and decoding method" was invented by Kiyofumi Abe (Osaka, Japan), Takahiro Nishi (Nara, Japan) and Tadamasa Toma (Osaka, Japan).
