ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,481,689, issued on Nov. 25, was assigned to Palo Alto Networks Inc. (Santa Clara, Calif.).

"Modifying a user query to prevent hallucinations" was invented by Bin Wang (Santa Clara, Calif.) and Sayali Pradip Kamat (Fremont, Calif.).
