ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,461,520, issued on Nov. 4, was assigned to Palantir Technologies Inc. (Denver).

"Predictive modelling" was invented by Ezra Spiro (New York), Andre Frederico Cavalheiro Menck (New York), Peter Maag (Brooklyn, N.Y.) and Thomas Powell (London).
