ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,264,069, issued on April 1, was assigned to Oxy Low Carbon Venture LLC (Houston).

"Process for the conversion of carbon dioxide" was invented by John M. Repasky (New Braunfels, Texas) and Robert L. Zeller III (Seabrook, Texas).
