ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,358,203, issued on July 15, was assigned to Otis Elevator Co. (Farmington, Conn.).

"Elevator load bearing suspension member including a corrosion inhibitor in the jacket" was invented by Brad Guilani (Woodstock Valley, Conn.) and David R. Torlai (Torrington, Conn.).
