According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed is an instant cooler/freezer using orbital shaking rapidly to chill beverages by circulating a formulated cooling liquid through insulated cooling blocks. A pump system circulates the liquid through hoses, a tank, and a PU-insulated enclosure to minimize energy loss.
