"Network device level optimizations for latency sensitive RDMA traffic" was invented by Jagwinder Singh Brar (Bellevue, Wash.), David Dale Becker (Seattle), Jacob Robert Uecker (Las Vegas), Lukasz Sulek (Seattle), Marcin Jakub Zablocki (Seattle) and Santosh Narayan Shilimkar (San Jose, Calif.).
