ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,413,869, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to OMNIVISION TECHNOLOGIES INC. (Santa Clara, Calif.).

"Low-power always-on event-based vision sensor" was invented by Bo Mu (San Jose, Calif.), Luis Eduardo Garcia Capel (Singapore) and Menghan Guo (Shanghai).
