ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,342,650, issued on June 24, was assigned to OmniVision Technologies Inc. (Santa Clara, Calif.).
"Near infrared to far infrared polarization sensitive image sensor" was invented by Victor Lenchenkov (Sunnyvale, Calif.).
