US Patent Issued to Ohio State Innovation Foundation on June 17 for "Metabolite based diagnostics for periprosthetic joint infection" (Ohio Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,332,198, issued on June 17, was assigned to Ohio State Innovation Foundation (Columbus, Ohio).

"Metabolite based diagnostics for periprosthetic joint infection" was invented by Paul Stoodley (Columbus, Ohio), Rafael Bruschweiler (Columbus, Ohio) and Abigail Leggett (Columbus, Ohio).
