US Patent Issued to Ocean Spray Cranberries on Feb. 3 for "Meat alternative compositions comprising cranberry seed preparations and methods for making same" (Massachusetts, Ohio Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,538,933, issued on Feb. 3, was assigned to Ocean Spray Cranberries Inc. (Lakeville-Middleboro, Mass.).

"Meat alternative compositions comprising cranberry seed preparations and methods for making same" was invented by Gayathri Balakrishnan (Shaker Heights, Ohio), Mariccor Batoy (Lakeville-Middleboro, Mass.) and David John Ehrlinger (Lakeville-Middleboro, Mass.).
