"Floating charging station for an electric boat" was invented by Joseph Sarokhan (Basking Ridge, N.J.), Joshua Mehlman (Monroe Township, N.J.), Ethan Butler (Monroe Township, N.J.) and David Goldstein (Washington, N.J.).
