ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,420,844, issued on Sept. 23, was assigned to NVIDIA Corp. (Santa Clara, Calif.).
"Neural network trajectory prediction" was invented by Yuxiao Chen (Newark, Calif.), Boris Ivanovic (Mountain View, Calif.) and Marco Pavone (Stanford, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Apparatuses, systems, and techniques to generate trajectory predictions. In at least one embodiment, trajectory predictions are generated based on, for example, one or more neural networks."
The patent was filed on Feb. 2, 2023, under Application No. 18/105,132.
