ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,418,897, issued on Sept. 16, was assigned to NVIDIA Corp. (Santa Clara, Calif.).

"Fifth generation new radio signal processing" was invented by Harsha Deepak Banuli Nanje Gowda (Santa Clara, Calif.) and Steven Arthur Gurfinkel (Santa Clara, Calif.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Apparatuses, systems, and techniques to perform signal processing operations in a fifth generation (5G) new radio (NR) signal. In at least one embodiment, one or more processors process a 5G NR signals according to one or more graph nodes."

The patent was filed on March 18, 2020, under Application No. 16/823,146.
