ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,436,894, issued on Oct. 7, was assigned to NVIDIA Corp. (Santa Clara, Calif.).
"Application programming interface to disassociate a virtual address" was invented by Ajit Panditrao Hakke Patil (Lousiville, Colo.), Vivek Belve Kini (San Jose, Calif.) and Michael Christopher Delorme (San Jose, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Apparatuses, systems, and techniques to manage memory arrays. In at least one embodiment an application programming interface (API) is performed to disassociate a virtual address indicated by the API from a corresponding physical address."
