ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,291,219, issued on May 6, was assigned to NVIDIA Corp. (Santa Clara, Calif.).

"Asynchronous in-system testing for autonomous systems and applications" was invented by Anitha Kalva (San Jose, Calif.), Jae Wu (Los Gatos, Calif.), Shantanu Sarangi (Saratoga, Calif.), Sailendra Chadalavada (Saratoga, Calif.), Milind Sonawane (Santa Clara, Calif.), Chen Fang (Shanghai) and Abilash Nerallapally (Newark, Calif.).
