ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,359,187, issued on July 15, was assigned to Novozymes A/S (Bagsvaerd, Denmark).

"Stabilized liquid enzyme compositions for brewing" was invented by Lone Kierstein Nielsen (Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark).
