US Patent Issued to Novitium Pharma on Sept. 30 for "Stable oral liquid composition of terazosin" (American, Indian Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,427,108, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to Novitium Pharma LLC (East Windsor, N.J.).

"Stable oral liquid composition of terazosin" was invented by Muthusamy Shanmugam (East Windsor, N.J.) and Palanisamy Sivakumar (Tamil Nadu, India).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to novel stable oral liquid composition of Terazosin and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt which is useful for treating symptomatic benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and hypertension."
