ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,491,667, issued on Dec. 9, was assigned to NOVA Chemicals (International) S.A. (Fribourg, Switzerland).
"Rotational molding composition" was invented by Henry Hay (Calgary, Canada) and Carmine D'Agostino (Mississauga, Canada).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Compositions for forming rotationally molded (rotomolded) parts, methods for forming the rotomolded parts, and the rotomolded parts are provided. An exemplary rotomolding composition includes a virgin resin, including a polyethylene polymer, and a postconsumer recycle (PCR) resin."
