"Hybrid surface designs with passive diffusion-limited deposition capabilities" was invented by Christian John Machado (Evanston, Ill.), Kyoo-Chul Kenneth Park (Evanston, Ill.), Jiaxing Huang (Wilmette, Ill.) and Haiyue Huang (Evanston, Ill.).
