"Spectral shaping for wireless communications" was invented by Ismael Peruga Nasarre (Oulu, Finland), Kari Pekka Pajukoski (Oulu, Finland), Esa Tapani Tiirola (Oulu, Finland), Juha Yli-Kaakinen (Tampere, Finland) and Mikko Valkama (Nokia, Finland).
