ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,527,760, issued on Jan. 20, was assigned to Nocendra Inc. (West Roxbury, Mass.).

"Synthesis of pro-resolving analogs and compositions therefor" was invented by Thomas E. Van Dyke (West Roxbury, Mass.) and Charles N. Serhan (West Roxbury, Mass.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "This disclosure relates to methods of synthesizing certain lipoxin analogs (e.g., lipoxin mimetics, etc.) and pharmaceutical compositions comprising these pro-resolving compounds.
