"Compounds for the treatment of neuromuscular disorders" was invented by Lars J. S. Knutsen (Essex, Great Britain), Nicholas Kelly (Bagsvaerd, Denmark), Martin Brandhoj Skov (Aarhus C, Denmark), Anders Riisager (Skodstrup, Denmark) and Neerja Saraswat (Winnipeg, Canada).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure relates to compounds suitable for treating, ameliorating and/or preventing neuromuscular disorders, including the reversal of drug-induced neuromuscular blockade. The compounds as defined herein can inhibit the CIC-1 ion channel."
