ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,459,450, issued on Nov. 4, was assigned to NISSAN NORTH AMERICA INC. (Franklin, Tenn.).

"Wiring protector assembly" was invented by Jose Angel Mendez Olvera (Naucalpan, Mexico).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A wiring protector assembly that includes a protector member and a cover.
