ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,354,047, issued on July 8, was assigned to Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corp. (Tokyo).

"Estimation device, estimation method, and estimation program" was invented by Jumpei Yamashita (Musashino, Japan), Akira Kataoka (Musashino, Japan) and Hidetaka Koya (Musashino, Japan).
