ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,292,589, issued on May 6, was assigned to Nippon Kayaku K.K. (Tokyo).

"Polarized light-emitting film containing water-soluble coumarin compound or salt thereof, polarized light-emitting plate, and display device" was invented by Ryoutarou Morita (Tokyo) and Noriaki Mochizuki (Tokyo).
