ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,332,499, issued on June 17, was assigned to NIKON Corp. (Tokyo).

"Lens barrel and imaging device" was invented by Osamu Gomibuchi (Tokyo), Makoto Horikoshi (Tokyo), Mizuki Wayu (Tokyo), Tsuneo Watanabe (Tokyo) and Kenichi Kitano (Tokyo).
