ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,361,121, issued on July 15, was assigned to NIGHTWING GROUP LLC (New York).

"Adaptive data selection and reporting" was invented by Daniel Rose (Salado, Texas), Torsten Staab (Bristow, Va.) and Travis Durbin (Pinehurst, N.C.).
