US Patent Issued to NIDEC READ on April 22 for "Load port adapter" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,283,509, issued on April 22, was assigned to NIDEC READ Corp. (Kyoto, Japan).

"Load port adapter" was invented by Toshihide Matsukawa (Kyoto, Japan) and Takashi Isa (Kyoto, Japan).
