ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,279,651, issued on April 22, was assigned to NICOVENTURES TRADING Ltd. (London).
"Aerosol generation" was invented by Pablo Javier Ballesteros Gomez (London) and Jeremy Phillips (London).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Described herein is an aerosol generating assembly including a heater and an aerosolizable material, wherein the heater is arranged to heat the aerosolizable material in use, wherein the aerosolizable material includes at least two sections having different compositions."
The patent was filed on Nov. 15, 2018, under Application No. 15/733,149.
