US Patent Issued to NICHIA on June 3 for "Light-emitting device" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 4 -- United States Patent no. 12,320,516, issued on June 3, was assigned to NICHIA Corp. (Anan, Japan).

"Light-emitting device" was invented by Seiji Kiyota (Itano-gun, Japan), Kazuma Kozuru (Anan, Japan) and Eiichiro Okahisa (Tokushima, Japan).
