ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,471,807, issued on Nov. 18, was assigned to Next Biometrics Group ASA (Oslo, Norway).

"Biometric sensor comprising oxide semiconductor, biometric sensor on display, and methods of making and using the same" was invented by Tian Xiao (Everett, Wash.) and King Hong Kwan (Bellevue, Wash.).
