ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,439,924, issued on Oct. 14, was assigned to NewLeaf Symbiotics Inc. (St. Louis).

"Methylobacterium compositions for improving corn yield" was invented by Natalie Breakfield (St. Louis) and Charles Michael McFatrich (St. Louis).
