ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 13 -- United States Patent no. 12,521,400, issued on Jan. 13, was assigned to Neurelis Inc. (San Diego).

"Administration of benzodiazepine compositions" was invented by Steve Cartt (Hillsborough, Calif.), David Medeiros (Sparks, Nev.), Garry Thomas Gwozdz (Jim Thorpe, Pa.), Andrew Loxley (Brussels) and Mark Mitchnick (East Hampton, N.Y.).
