US Patent Issued to NESTE on Jan. 13 for "Paraffinic products, a method for producing paraffinic products and a use of paraffinic products" (Finnish Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 13 -- United States Patent no. 12,522,776, issued on Jan. 13, was assigned to NESTE OY (Espoo, Finland).

"Paraffinic products, a method for producing paraffinic products and a use of paraffinic products" was invented by Virpi Ramo (Porvoo, Finland) and Jukka Hartikainen (Porvoo, Finland).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An electrotechnical fluid composition, comprising more than 90 wt-% paraffins in the C17-C18 range, based on the total weight of the composition, is described. The ratio of the amount of C18 i-paraffins to the amount of C18 n-paraffins is more than 40, based on the weight of the C18 i-paraffins and the weight of the C18 n-paraffins in the composition."
