ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 31 -- United States Patent no. 12,510,537, issued on Dec. 30, was assigned to NERD BIO LLC (San Diego).
"High throughput drug screening methods" was invented by Ivan Babic (San Diego) and Elmar Nurmammadov (San Diego).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided herein are methods amenable to high-throughput multiplexing, in part, using a modified enzyme complementation assay, that can be used to screen a library of test compounds and to identify compounds that inhibit denaturation of a target polypeptide of interest."
