ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,338,809, issued on June 24, was assigned to NEL HYDROGEN A/S (Herning, Denmark).

"Diaphragm compressor with an oblong shaped chamber" was invented by Joshua Andrew Adams (Collingswood, N.J.), Alexander George Murashko Jr. (Webster, N.Y.) and Leif Kappel Petersen (Lem St, Denmark).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The invention relates to a high pressure diaphragm compressor for pressurizing a gaseous fluid to a pressure of at least 10 MPa, the compressor including a compressor head having an oblong shaped chamber."
