ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,250,625, issued on March 11, was assigned to NEC Corp. (Tokyo).
"Communication system, communication apparatus, communication method, terminal, and non-transitory medium" was invented by Satoru Ishii (Tokyo), Hideo Hasegawa (Tokyo) and Shintaro Nakano (Tokyo).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A data center adapted to connect via a first wide area network to a core network connected with a base station and to a wireless LAN, variably controls service provided in a virtual core network of the data center to a terminal enabled to select connection to either a wireless LAN or a base station and connect to the data center."
