ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,352,637, issued on July 8, was assigned to NEC Corp. (Tokyo).

"Heat-flow sensor" was invented by Akihiro Kirihara (Tokyo), Masahiko Ishida (Tokyo), Yuma Iwasaki (Tokyo), Yasutomo Omori (Tokyo), Hiroko Someya (Tokyo) and Sadanori Hattori (Tokyo).
