ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,327,235, issued on June 10, was assigned to NCR Atleos Corp. (Atlanta).

"Touchless transaction on a transaction terminal" was invented by William Harrison McGraw IV (Albemarle, N.C.), Deepak Aladahalli Puttaswamy (Atlanta) and Michael David Hartman (Milton, Ga.).
