ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,256,750, issued on March 25, was assigned to Nature's Wild Berry (Santa Monica, Calif.).

"Preserving miracle fruit berries" was invented by Hansell Henry Watt (Santa Monica, Calif.) and Juliano Bonanni (Santa Monica, Calif.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided are methods of preserving and/or storing Synsepalum dulcificum berry, which may involve separating a pulp of the berry into two or more parts; and freeze drying the berry with the separated pulp."

The patent was filed on May 12, 2023, under Application No. 18/196,770.
