ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,384,816, issued on Aug. 12, was assigned to NATIONAL UNIVERSITY CORPORATION KUMAMOTO UNIVERSITY (Kumamoto, Japan).
